Hi, I'm Joon Lee
I study how AI can bridge expertise asymmetry when users encounter complex systems.
When the gap between what a system demands and what a user understands is too large, users can't even begin to help themselves. I develop methods and architectures that detect and bridge this gap at the moment it matters.
